I originally booked with Grace a few weeks ago, but I had to cancel due to a scheduling conflict. She was very understanding and kind about it. When my schedule finally opened up again, I rebooked with her for Senegalese twists (knotless)
Because of my schedule, I needed a very early appointment. She asked how early I needed, and I told her as early as possible. I ended up booking a 5:30 AM appointment, and when I arrived she greeted me with a smile and made me feel very welcome.
Once we got started, she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I explained that I’m very tender-headed, and she constantly checked in with me to make sure I was okay before moving on to the next section. She was gentle, patient, and very attentive.
We laughed and talked throughout the whole appointment, and the experience was honestly great from start to finish. My hair came out beautiful. It’s not pulling, it’s not too tight, and she really made sure I was fully satisfied with the result.
I highly recommend her and will definitely be returning as long as I live in Houston.
